Brandon J. Venegas is a Harvard Law School graduate who founded the firm to help people and small businesses who have been injured in accidents through another’s negligence, willful conduct and/or bad faith who need aggressive, winning legal representation. Brandon has the experience to litigate your case to correct a wrong done to you. In addition, Brandon is known to take those cases that may be "different," "interesting" or "unusual" to prevent an injustice from occurring. He has practiced in courts throughout Louisiana.

After graduating from Harvard Law School in 1999, Brandon worked as a corporate attorney in Dallas, Texas and in London, England. He returned to Louisiana and discovered his passion for assisting those who had been injured at work or through the negligence of others. He has also been able to assist with situations that may be just a little more out of the ordinary for other firms.
Brandon established the Venegas Law Firm in 2002 and has been serving the people of Louisiana in all areas of Personal Injury, Auto Accident Law, Workers Compensation, Homeowner Insurance Law, Business Insurance Law, Succession, Probate and Traffic Law.

Brandon is a 1999 graduate of the Harvard Law School. He is also a graduate of the London School of Economics and Political Science (MSc Accounting and Finance) and Loyola University New Orleans (BBA Economics).
